The Northern NJ ASTD Career Transition SIG provides a professional forum for participants seeking new career opportunities in various professions.  Many members of the SIG group are professionals in Training and Development.

The SIG’s goal is to provide space for networking, exchange of resources, contacts, information, mutual support and learning, and job leads for those seeking new career opportunities.

Alicja Lisnow is a Training, Technology, and Management expert with a career that spans progressively responsible positions in Training and Development, Sales Operations and Client Services.  She has been responsible for development and delivery of training programs to national and international sales and service teams, deployment of Salesforce.com and hardware technology.

Alicja’s 25 year career with ADP Claims Services included positions as Director of Training and Business Applications, Director of Sales Operations, and Director of Client Services.  In her last role at IncentOne, Alicja held positions as Director of Corporate Training and Director of Client Services.

Alicja holds a White Belt – Lean Six Sigma Certification, a BA and MA in International Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck NJ, and an MS in Educational Technology from Ramapo College of NJ with emphasis on web design and development in adult education and learning.

Alicja Lisnow is a member of the NNJ ASTD and for the last several years Chairperson of the NNJ ASTD Career Transition Special Interest Group.  She is also the founder of the Bergen Career Networking Community (BCNC), the Women4Women Networking Group, and an active member of various Networking Groups in NJ.
